CONVENIENCE OF A CONSTITUENT MEETING OF MEXICO to: 1.- Liberate the people of Mexico from the Revolutionary State; 2.- Reestablish the observance of the legitimate Constitution of 1857; 3.- Prosecute those who figured and cooperated in the governments of the revolutionary State; 4.- Change the form of government towards the most highly democratic system of the demarchy; 5.- Implement the new model of political centrism for an ambidextrous State.
PREAMBLE:
Before the community of nations, the Mexican people is considered a nation of noble people and, due to this, has failed to comply with various fundamental duties and oaths, such as:
1.- “Watch over the independence, rights and interests of their country.” (Art. 31 – I Constitution of 1857).
2.- “Patria Patria, your children swear to you, to exhale their breath on your altars.” National anthem.
3.- “…Homeland… to which we give our existence” Oath to the Flag.
BACKGROUND:
In articles 9 and 39 of the constitution, the Mexican people are allowed to make use of their original sovereign authority, to meet as original constituent legislators, which can be two or more citizens in a public, peaceful manner, to deal with matters politicians of the country on an eventual basis, and in it to be able to agree on the configuration and edition of another diverse constitutional document that replaces the previous one, since any update on some changes in the already existing one, is the responsibility of those who meet periodically in the Congress of the Union (deputies and senators) as permanent constituents, they do not have the right to create a new one, which is only reserved for the people.
